I believe it's the item 1 "Water Valve" that you want and I ordered a replacement for my sisters old Mini Mayfair from MOSS:-

But you'll probably also need item 36 "SCREW, cable to water valve Note: tap on head" which is shown on this page:-

Barmy how they put it on the other page, but you need it to attach the actual heater cable to the water valve because it doesn't come supplied with the screw! Something I discovered myself but Moss don't tell you this at the time!

As for the water valve, well if my memory serves me right the Mini Specialists are selling a newer/different type part to what got fitted as standard and i'm pretty sure the heater cable then works in the oposite fashion?
