if you're sending far away and it's a costly service then all the more reason to do the bare minimum of quality checking

 

assuming it went out the door like that,  that's just piss-poor, did they package it blindfolded or something

 

I too would be demanding a replacement on the next boat

I just read the post and took it face value, I'll refrain from commenting on anything that could be location sensitive without going into full research mode in the future

I wouldn't worry about it either, your original comment still holds water as far as I'm concerned, it doesn't matter where he ordered it from
