Hi,

i had a second look to your logfile. It seems as if you have a short connection in your lambda wiring. When you have a look to lambda status .The row is repeatedly broken after a few seconds .

Have a look in excel. As a second action i would degrease the longtermfueltrim. This is possible with most of the known diagnose tools.

Update for the idle issue.

After removing the 1.5 rocker arms, the car is running like a charm.

All issues fixed.

Hi dimmad83,

it was hard work to change your file into a readable one. csv or txt would have been easier.

But i m sorry to say something is still wrong. According to your log lambda status is still fluctuating  " 111110111011111" and so on.Maybe therefore lambdastatus is zero all the time and shorttimefueltrim nearly steady. I would have the ecu checked, there are some companies in GB which do that.

Or somebody else has an explanation for this behaviour.

Sorry mate, it was not on intentional, just the Macs have another opinion about txt files.

The file also contains the calibration period of the steper motor.

And a 30-min drive from the shop to my garage.

Now idle is perfectly fine, all numbers are green.

The only scenario of lambda out of range is when I lift the throttle with RPMs and a gear selected then zeroes itself.

Vacuum is ok

There is a small delay to understand that the throttle is slightly touched and instead of open throttle shows idle even though is rolling.
