Hello!
Hope everyone is well.
I have recently installed some new wipers ( stalks and blades) as my old ones had become ineffective, however i have noticed that especially on the initial pull, sending the wipers from park to their furthest point, the drain on the battery is quite high.
So much so that on a dry wipe, they can stop mid wipe and cause the battey to drain until they are nudged by hand. This can be challenging/ dangerous when travelling at speed.
Would a new wiper motor potentially solve this issue?
The car is a '95 Cooper SPI with the factory wiper motor.
Many thanks
Sam
