I was trying to switch over  the brake warning light switch on my 1988 mini - and in the process touched the purple wire againsit the body work and caused a spark/short . Now switch doesn't light up when pressed- so assume i've blown a fuse . Can see from haynes manual there is a inline fuse on the ciruit- but im not sure where it is ! Does anyone know thanks ?

Also radio has stropped aorking - wonder if this is connected ?

Purple is fuse protected permanent live, so the supply side will be a brown wire.
