an AAA needle mite help by the way!! its slightly richer in the mid range which is probably where your engine is hurting.!! try an AAA then a rolling road or better BOTH jsut if your strapped for cash £5 for a needle is cheaper than £50 - £100 for a dyno!! definately do the dyno tho if you can afford!! the garage they recomended is top notch!!

Tis ok, ive sorted it.
Had a tinker, had a play with the timing to see what new noises the motor made, advanced that a little sounds and feels better now.
And the mixture was rich so i backed it off just over a quarter and bit turn.
Goes like a rocket now.
But ill have the rolling road in mind for after crimbo.
