Anyone know how hard wearing it is and is it easy to clean

nope to both, thats the fun in trying, lol
I cant see it just falling off if done properly (as in decent glue and lots of Flock) and leaned on alot.
As for cleaning, more than likely damp cloth or clothes brush would do it.
I think its ideal for things like, top dash, bottom dash and steering column cowl (as has already been done)

i was thinking of using it mainly to stop the glare from the sun but i dont fancy chunks coming off to expose the white gellcote underneath unless i paint it matt black first
ps does anyone know what the rubber stuff is on the toyota supra plasticks

if i remember, the rubber stuff it toyota's are like a gel coat they apply.... it peels off after a while... smart repair (paintless dent removal and interiour scuffs) usually carry the stuff around....... i'll see if i can find out the name of it

Rubber coating is done by dipping it in a large tank so thats out the question for me plus cant find anyone in the uk that does it.
Just been on the phone to a flocking company one off dash around £200 :'(

Nah that's suede or alcantra I think...they're basically the same though.
