Here are some quick pics of the exhaust extention,
we have hit a problem with the exhaust manifold though
We have also welded the gearchange which has now been cleaned and painted ready for the final install.
Tomorrow we will be starting on the driveshafts.

Yesterday we sorted the alternator position and got one of the driveshafts cut.
Today we should get the other driveshaft cut and possibly weld them both.

Well we have finally got the rad in position, and made new mounts, had to change the frame slightly. Dismantling will go ahead tomorrow. Then off to shot blasters next week. Then final assembly will begin.

Right frame came back from shot blasters today. Started painting with Hammerite, then the final coat of shiney paint will go on tomorrow. Preping the bulk head, getting rust out. Then spraying on the body protection. We should hopefully have parts arrive tomorrow, or wednesday. Ed is doing the electrics. More pics taken yesterday. Ed shall be putting on soon.

We decided to move the rad to the front, which also gave more room over the gearbox (moved the bar which went over the top) making it easier to get the engine into the frame.

After getting the wrong sealer for the bulkhead we finally got the first bit sealed (possibly do another coat tomorrow)
Also we have painted the subframe red
Once both are dry we can bolt them together!!

This cold weather we are having is slowing us down. We have -2 to -4 at night and no higher than 2'c in the day. The underseal is taking ages to dry. So we really cant get the frame on. But we will be putting and mounting things back on the frame tomorrow, got a few bits coming grease and cv kit that sort of stuff.

Frame is on, and now starting on the suspension,
got to change the balljoints, and weld the driveshafts, then the engine can go in and the suspension can go back on with the car on its wheels.

Wow looks ace! Can't believe you're doing the work so quickly too, nice one squirrels!
You need to make sure the suspension is good for all the hills around here

Considering the car is red and black inside, it seem'd appropriate to carry it on at the front
