I hear a lot of people saying 'I get bullied on the road by bigger cars' and other such things that equate to it sounding like you're victimised in a mini, almost liek being seena s a 'lesser' car...

Personally when I drive my clubby, I don't feel bullied, I don't feel like i'm in tiny car, I drive the same as normal, perhaps a little more assertive if anything,....

How do you feel when you drive... is i the car that changes you, or are you a nervous driver...

I feel AWESOME-O when i drive a mini.

The only thing that annoys me about other drivers is that, because im in a mini i must be going slow. This led to a pug pulling out on me on a roundabout, and because i was in a mini i must have been driving dangerously!

I feel great. I dont feel bullied, i feel i own the road and everyone bows down to the little ol mini.

Yes, people do underestimate the speed of mini's.

BMW drivers have to be the worst....or drivers of large-bonneted cars....a sure sign that other things in their lives aren't near as big....ahem.. :gimme:

Yeah - I've been tail-gated a few times by cars that think Minis arent actually fast...somthing to be ridden over and ignored almost - the lack of a hatchback style of boot only makes it worse....they only realise their mistake when you have to slam on the anchors...aggrovating them further.

It a shame there is a distinct lack of courtisy amongst the average driver...mini drivers have to be some of the best I know...and that not exageration for the home team...practise during convoys and such obviously stick in a lot of peoples minds :gimme:

Definitely agree with people under-estimating the speed of a mini, especially in terms of pulling out on you, especially at roundabouts. Its happened to me quite a number of times when people have cut me up on roundabouts as I've come around them at a 'comfortable' speed!

Sometimes it's annoying when people start overtaking you, someone did it to me the other week, but it's not my fault I can't go over humps at 30mph :gimme:

if cars are up your butt while driving i always find left foot breaking just enough to trigger ther stop light switch on the pedal good, they always seem to drop back and if they dont start tapping them, then maybe if your in traffic turn around n stick it to them...

Don't get bullied by other cars.

Got some flack from a ped today. She just stood in the road and started walking in front of me thinking I would stop.

Clutch in, foot down, lots of noise. Then she....well I'd say step but jump is more accurate.

Shouldn't :gimme: be standing in the middle of the road.

Got to agree with the comments about underestimating the speed, Especially when i'm driving Dolly.

Also people driving right up our arses, that pisses me right off! Depends where it is as to what i do about it, round town i'll stop at lights and get out, normally just the sight of my frame getting out of the mini is enough!

Motorway driving in a mini is a bit different. Don't you notice how when your travelling along you'll stay at a constant speed and your forever leafroggin some knob in an salesman car (normally a BMW driver). People just don't like getting overtaken in a mini!!! It cheeses them off.

But do you seriously think these people don't tailgate other cars or pull out on other cars, its just ignorant or incompetent driving in my opinion....however, as previously stated my memory is a little hazy as it was a while back now...off to the garage i go!

Well my dad is actually currently teaching me how to drive, but I love driving my mini out on the road, even if I do get slightly nervous sometimes. I did notice people in big jeeps love showing off because im a learner driver....or something.
