right i know im stupid but looking at the sills im still not sure where these holes are supposed tobe any pictures so i know exactly where to look will be much help thanks.

Sorry not technically adept enough to post pictures but look at your mini side on, look at the sills (underneath) and you should see a number of ridges (bumps) evenly spaced put your hand palm up on the bumps and feel with your fingers for a slit or hole (s) you cant see the holes from the outside just the raised bit on the sills.
