1992 Mini City 1275, first mini just got it a few days ago.

I drive a 1984 Austin Mini City 998cc Automatic. Was sky blue originally, person I brought it from sprayed it matt black?!?! Is now British racing Green. 31k miles on the clock. Only issue I have with it is it is running a tad hot at the moment ???

Have you looked at how clean your radiator is? This was mine when I bought it

hi, I have a 1967 Mk2 Riley Elf currently under restoration, no mods or anything like. I intend keeping mine original since not many elfs survive today.
It still has it's ORIGINAL 998cc engine which starts and runs really well even when it's been standing for a while.
the restoration is going quite well although i do not yet know when the car will take to the road once more.

Hi, I have recently purchased a 1970 850 saloon, dark blue. Tidy and original, has had work done but seems solid and honest. It's a runner with mot, however the engine sounds a bit knocky and gearbox is notchy going into 4th.

So first plan is to pull out engine & gearbox for further investigation.

The mini is a project that I am sharing with my son, who really loves minis, but is not old enough yet to drive!

This is my second mini, I had a green 850 van in the eighties....which I rolled ...ooops.

I would appreciate any advice on club meets in the Winchester area.

HI. just trying to find my way round at the moment.
We have a 1991 Rover Mini single point injection with lots of questions. Currently under a restoration project. Then when its done the next project is a 1965. (can`t wait to do this one.) I will sus out how to put photos up and go from there. Thanks.

i just got a mini mayfair from my friend the other day. he moved and basically just gave it to me... :)it's black, LHD. i'm not sure what year it is, was told it's an '86 but everything about the engine points to '89+. researching the VIN hasn't been any help because it just says '84+... it's a 998cc twin carb and just has a K&N filter kit on each carb. and it runs extremely rich right now! loving it even though it eats gas!

My names Will and im 20 i bought my mini in march and loving it. Its a 1997 mini cooper with sports pack and performance upgrade level 1. I plan to do alot to the interior and thinking about painting the roof black, any thoughts??

G'day. I have bought a 1967 Australian Ex police special traffic patrol Mini Cooper S Mk 1 It had a complete rebuild between 1999-2003 It has 100hp 1310cc with 12" wheels.
