I hold mine in with a 12" flap of material attached to the top of the board - this then goes between the base of the back seat and the foam and is held with a strip of double sided tape along the front just before the lip that holds the foam in place.......
No holes, made myself so a good fit, and it 'hinges' at the top so you dont lose the storage space!
Ipod install with NO headunit..........
