I would say fit lowered dampers as long as you don't plan on raising the suspension height. I would def get the lowered type.


I would be wary of this...lowered shocks compress more but have far less droop. For example if you only lower the car by a slight amount, then the shocks may not have hardly any droop before reaching full extension - this is bad because wheels will lift off easily.

As a rough guide, I would say if you are going from standard height, and lowering as much as possible without wheels fowling on bodywork then you probably need lowered shocks.
