My local halfords manager has told me, that rattle cans are now subject to "trade discount"

I was told similar to oil so probably about 10%, but hey 10% is better in your pocket than there corporate coffers
Some of the stuff is seriously reduced .... I recently needed some split pins, they went from over £3 to under a quid, batteries, wipers blades, and bulbs are good buys. Tools are reduced to.
But polish, audio and general bling they offer nothing, I am sure others will come along with comments on this

Whats classed a motor industry qualifcation? As i have a CPC in national road transport and freight...... but my payslip just says the company name, not the transport dept I work for...

10% off oil - its a damn sight more than that! as with most of halfords own branded stuff.
Why the PM's bout the trade card, its not rocket science, u ave to be in the motor trade - duh U need a payslip showing that you're in the trade, and some ID, or a headed letter off ur boss - but that depends which halfords you go into, some people wont care, but some people want to do everything by the book - so they'll want a payslip.
