we need to no whats best..

now im up for camping BUT!

if we are driven for 8 hours or so, the last thing you want to do is un pack the over weight mini full of camping gear, set up, loads of tents, wasteing lots of time, sleep on a bed of air then get up early pack everything back up again and fulling the mini up. have a C**p shower etc...

or stay in a Hotel, worry free, only problem would be parking there, and the safty,
but im sure if are german members could help us find somewhere good,

camp site would be cheeper but the hotel would be more confertable (plus it will have a bar we could all go in) lmao

I think after all that driving, the best bet would be a hotel.

(Especially with the clubs history on camping)

the trip that the north Wales crew were planing was to use a camp site, how many people do you think will make the run ? finding a hotel for say, 100 people may prove tricky , but i would agree , long way to haul all the camping gear !

Remember to ask the hotel for the corporate rate when booking large parties like this. When we go away somewhere to work and there's like 150 of us we get great rates. Hotels/motels love to be booked up in advance.
(Havn't voted myself as I don't mind either way, but Mark's points about tiredness and gear might make me lean towards a Hotel.)

camping would be easier on the wallet, and the tents not that big packed up..

but a hotel would be nicer after driving long distance..

campings prob gonna wrk out cheaper... and provides better bonding session (aka...other TMF meets!........ and always being me and nick  )

but a hotel would b nice after a long drive... howevr depending n what time of year we will av 2 think about how busy places will be?! and prob av 2 book well in advance.

camping stuff can take up loadsa room if u take everything possible (thn dnt use most of it ) but a small tent is all that would be needed plus sleeping bags.... thn again... that prob would take up quite a bit ov room in a mini...
