So 332 / 2 = 166

It get's doubled (ish) for a mini as the mini is close to 600 odd kg so you can double.
So 332 / 2 = 166
Now im confused!!

Mini weights 600Kg or around half a ton.
So the power per tonne is doubled as the car weight half a ton.
.....then again I could be talking complete and utter rot. If so I'll blame the voices and carry on smiling.

100bhp on a 500kg car = 200bhp / ton

If the car was 500kg that would be right adam.
100bhp on a 500kg car = 200bhp / ton
Woo! I'm getting better at this. Two things right in one week.

Thats strange.
Not so long ago asked what it would be on a car weighing 660KG (or just under) and doing 135BHP and was told it was 205ish BHP per ton.
What i cant understand is if a mini can do 330BHP per ton, does that make it quicker than a subaru, evo etc or as quick as a car putting out 300BHP as standard? Surely the same principle applies. A scooby, for example, weighs over a ton easily and kicks out between 260-300max bhp. Its power to weight must be much lower than the above mini's? Or am i really confusing myself now??!!

Scoobie has 4 wheel drive so puts power to all wheels were as a mini with all the power to the front might just spin it all away.
So not too sure.
All I got is a 998, all this big power talk is scaring me a bit.

Hmm, I never look at things just on Bhp.

Thats true. Anyway, isnt it torque more so than BHP that makes the difference?
