yeah the one in virginia includes binis not real minis so that doesnt count.

Sounds good to me if its a classic mini record attempt!! Count me in!! No disrespect, But if it involves bini's, I might as well sit on the M6 at 5.30pm and break the record there!!! Sorry, I'm just an old school mini fan thats been doing this for years!!!

Both classic and modern Minis are all welcome.

The event will be fantastic, as the previous event at Oulton Park in April was also a great success and Donington is expected to be bigger and better.

You're right Ben, Not just Aug, But a busy first two weeks of Sept!! So far this years events have been a bit of a washout (Still attended though.....Must be mad!) So a sunny Aug will be welcomed. Bring on the shows!!!

I thought the 'Record' of 269 was for a 'convoy' of Minis? Possibly on a Public road??

I did hear a rumour that the North Devon Mini Run was trying to break that this year as he could get 300 Minis on that!

Now thats a PROPER convoy!! Unfortunately I haven't been to that for a couple of years though!!

I thought we were all part of it too..that would have been a couple of thousand in a convoy on a public road.....confused!
