Well you could paint them all silver and then mask of the bits you want to be silver and then put on the black. This should work I think.

Firstly, get them sand blasted, not shot blasted, shot tends to mean the coarser grade which eats alloys! If I was doing them, I'd sand blast them, then etch the bare metal, prime them in 2k high build primer, carefully masking off the areas you want to be silver, placing the tape about a millimetre past the edge you want to be silver. Remove the masking tape and flat them down with 800 wet n dry and scotchbrite for the hard to reach corners, getting it as smooth as possible. Paint the entire wheel black, (including the parts you want to be silver). Now for the clever bit, let the paint dry COMPLETELY, and rub down the areas you want silver with 800 wet and dry, until you get down to the bare metal. Flat down the metal further with 1500 wet n dry. This way you'll get a very crisp clean edge between the metal and the black areas. Clean the whole wheel thoroughly with degreaser and lacquer the entire wheel, use about 4 coats for 2K out of a gun, or about 8 coats if you're using aerosol. Job done. This is the way they do it in the factory, so you're guarenteed a factory finish

Either should be fine. Just get some black aerosol. Matt black would be best, he lacquer would stick to it better.

u might aswell go for cosmics if thats what you were looking for. u could get a set of 5 for cheaper than that.
