Just got her home this afternoon. Had to lend a trailer, borrow a works van and go for it myself, but was worth it (even though i had to drive through centre of newcastle in rush hour)



And heres some pics of it getting sprayed about 3 weeks ago.





Its matt black with a pink roof, pink stripes and pink seam covers.

It has a problem with either the starter or flywheel, so that needs looking into.

Its a 1275 carb, sprite model i believe, tax n tested while end of feb 08

Looks like it wants a n/s sill and a rear valence as its been patched badly.

Plan is build it up and paint the pink bits black. Fix the engine and either flog it, but im tempted to keep it.

Interior is immaculate. Its a shame they forgot to put the headlining in when they did the windows.

No seriously, im gunna paint the pink bits black, maybe try n find some white wellers in 12", depends if i want to keep it or not.

No there by the guy (who owned it) who paid the painter (seen in pics) to paint it black n pink.

i would leave it as it is. and just flog it to a girl. make some spondoolies to go towards a supercharger conversion!!!
