I found on mine, was getting it over the spine...eeeep

When he went over my spine, for some daft reason my left nipple started burning...lol
And i mean hot as in friggin hot

Thats the nerve endings i think. I've had something similar with the base of my hips (those two boney bits by the base of your spine) and burning on the inside of my groin.
