Well been busy, not really all about Spudnik but kind off!!

He's been stranded in the garage on axle stands for god know how long, anyway Poos MOT is up and I need the garage to work on Poo.

So.......

Spuds got no frames and his are also in bits anyway!!

so....

I built him a trolley Dollley!!

The wheels came from a knackered trolley at work and the rest I built from bits I had lying around( apart from the axles which I turned up on the lathe at work)

Even If I say so myself, how cool does that look??

All my freaking hard work an all you lot are interested in is a poxy Fester xr2!!

Well, its not actually mine, it belongs to one of my Mini club mates, I'm doing/have already done a ruck of welding to it, then the owners having it back to prep it for me to respray it for him(yes he is brave!!)

Its had

-Drivers Sill
-Boot floor corner
- Rear suspension mount
- Inner sill
-Seatbelt mounting repair
- Arch repair
-Arch to sill closing panel repair
-Battery tray

Also the drivers door and hatch were shot and will be replaced with rust free replacements.

I have always had a soft spot for them, they were the car to have when I was a teenager.

Well, I've got a confession to make!!!

...

...

...

I killed Archie, oh wait sorry got a bit confused then!!

True to form, I'm not going to be the one who finishes Spudnik. I haven't laid a spanner/welder on him for ages so have sold him.

He's gone to a very nice chap from Medievil minis who will benifit from my hard work.

(goes off to look at rusty vans on fleabay!!)
