guessworks, have you got any further yet. I see what you mean by there was alot of welding to do! poor thing. Is it going to be std. sort of spec with flip front?

Yeah welding is just a matter of practice. I learnt to weld on this and as guesswork says the first welds looked like poo. My welds now look ace though (not trying to brag or anything) :wink: I got alot of pointers and really welding is easy.
