middle one looks most uniforum :lol: looks as tho your hand is speeding up and slowing down, if u just carry on working on your speed and stability you will get it

also want to really clean off both sides otherwise you can get contamination still

Oh, OK - I'll clean both sides! :) I know the metal isn't brill - But it's all we had (Kenny's old sill, lol)

Yeah, I was speeding up and slowing down - I would kinda get paranoid that I wasn't doing it right and would change! :angry: :lol:

if your just welding on the flat come in verticaly with about 60-45 degrees lead angle if your lap jointing aim at the middle or ever so slightly which ever piece is thicker material. I take it you use 2 hands to stabalise the torch too?

I did have 2 hands at the torch - One underneath to stabalise t'other! :lol:
