You only get the back ones though - He has no hubs up front that I can attach the other 2 too! ;)

That's OK - I already have a test-plan for the arches!

I dunno about you, but I think he looks great on 13's! ^_^ I spent 2 minutes changing the wheels, then went to make a cup of tea. Spent the rest of the time just sat on the driveway looking at him! ^_^

13s are the best! Might need to lower him a bit aswell though... depending on which arch (like i can't figure that out! ;) )

so why haven't you welded the front on yet?

because I couldn't get the front end off, then just felt sleepy, so stopped!

I don't have a spot weld drill bit and didn't want to attack the wings with a grinder, so thought it best to wait until I can do it neatly. K reckons the passenger side wing is the original one - It does look like it's never been touched. Which is nice! ^_^ So I'd rather not butcher it, considering it's still in decent condition.

I have all new panels ready, though! ^_^

And yeah, he is sitting very high. But I couldn't see if it was because I'd just jacked him up, because he's not sitting right at the front, or something else. He will be lowered though, as he's having spring suspension & hi-los all 'round ... and depending on whether I feel like it, adjustable shocks.

;)

When you drill a hole about 8mm ish in the top panel your welding then start in the middle of the hole welding on the piece below, then sort of work you way welding from the centre in a sort of spiral outwards.

The wheels look awesome on, I'm beyond jealous!!! Mind you, there's a nice set of alleycats in the classifieds that's catching my eye, shame I have a holiday to pay for :D

Alleycats are really nice (they would be my other choice for 13's, too - But maybe not on Reggie) ... but I do think yours would reaaaally suit the Ultralights! :D

Heh - Fanks though - I think they look great on Reggie, too.

Strangely, I thought 13's would be massive in comparison to standard skinny 12" rover alloys ... but they're not - They're actually slightly smaller in diameter.

When you drill a hole about 8mm ish in the top panel your welding then start in the middle of the hole welding on the piece below, then sort of work you way welding from the centre in a sort of spiral outwards.

Aaaah - I know what you mean - I just didn't know the name! :) Not yet, I haven't - But I will move on to that soon, I hope! :)
