Reggie has a new view out of his garage window ... It arrived this morning!





Still removing the remains of the inner wing. Slowly but surely! It's my first time doing anything like this, so I want to make sure I do it right - Don't want to make any mistakes!

There's still some left to go, but it's looking a lot better!

Gutted I didn't finish it all today - would really have liked to get it all stripped back. Unfortunately, my tummy's calling and dinner won't cook itself!

Plus - it's been a very, very long day (5.30am start, waiting for the Splitty that didn't actually arrive until 8!).

I WILL get this blimmin' inner wing off today! Even if I'm there into the night, it WILL be coming off!

Inner wing has been offered up and isn't a bad fit ... however, there are areas where it's a little way off, so needs some fettling. Where it meets the bulkhead, it's not too clever.

However, looking at it, K thinks we should do the floor section first. When the inner wing sits in place, there's not a great deal left to work with and it will be quite difficult to get to - So, floor repair needed methinks.

Pleased with progress today though - Nice to get the old one cleaned off, at least I'm back to bare bones!

Only 1 stab wound and 2 holes in my finger today! Result!

Forgot that the bin was there full of tissue paper, welding spark got lucky. I dragged it away from anything important and went in search of water!

Well, I have done a bit of window shopping with Minispares, that's about as far as I've got. I won't bore you with it, but I can barely sit down without my back going into a massive spasm, let alone move!

Back to work tomorrow though - We'll see how that goes!

People across the street probably thought I'd suddenly taken up tap dancing as I tried and failed to put it out with my feet. Lost alot of hair off my legs!

Oh I'm doing that one! My shopping list is currently just a smidge over £100, all those little bits add up .
