I'm sure I get hot air coming out of those vents when the handle is pushed over to the right. Maybe its my imagination, but I could have sworn it.
Anyway, now Ive got some free time the next few days I'm going to have a crack at installing my component set.

Got my components in at last, I'll put some proper pics up in the project section when I get the whole thing done, but for now just for reference mainly, here is how I've mounted the tweeters.
Simple really, just took the vent off and removed the pipe, put a 3mm hole in the top with a reamer and then a smaller one for the wires, then put a bolt through to a 90 degree bracket. After cutting the bracket to fit behind the butterfly valve things on the vents, I just screwed the tweeter to that and ran the wires up behind and out to behind the dash. Anyway, heres the pics,
view from level with the vent, I tried to angle the vent so that you could see the tweeter, its invisible while driving:

Right close up to the vent with the flash on to highlight the speaker:

And lastly a shot of the inner part of the vent, with the front taken off:

Sounds awesome, and the vents work just as well as they did before, now they control the treble levels aswell believe it or not!
