Welcome along!

I drove my Mum's metro for quite a while when I was younger... that was a 1.3 economy model, B 913 HBL, if it's still in existence!

Curious though - why MPi and not carb'd? I would think a carb setup has more 'toy factor', no?

I'm also trying to find info on a coil-spring conversion kit that repalces the rubber cones on mini's, I can't find anything! And if anyone has any intersting metro parts, particulary the earlier Mk1's, please let me know, absolutely anything!

Try a company called Minitastic, they were one of the first and still the best to make direct replacements for the rubber cones, and at 200quid a set its not much more expensive than a set of genuine dunlop cones! :D

Ah Metros. I had a 1.3 and that thing shifted. Shame I stuffed into three cars at high speed. :techsupport: My mate had an MG turbo that was sooo fast and grippy. Welcome to the forum.
