Well as a courier these new parking rules, are really gonna feck me off, and affect my costs to clients, as I'm now informing all of my regular clients that unless they can provide a legal area for loading and unloading within a suitable/safe distance then they either won't get there goods or will be responsibl for any fine I or any of my drivers receive.

All these new changes are just anoher way for our lovely guv to take more money from us who are trying to earn an honest living.

Its getting to the point now that my London charges are going through the roof, just so I can make a living

I don't see how they can give you points as illegal parking is not a criminal offence, it was decriminalised in one of the few acts of humanity pupetrated by Margaret Thatcher (although it did result in the appearance of private clamping firms so not all good). It's a civil offence.

Hold on there, just because it's what you want to hear doesn't mean it's right. If you'll notice I didn't say for definite one way or the other, I just believe that it is not a criminal offence. There are probably more relevant websites to research this through than TMF, where a definite answer will be available.

Its highly unlikely that you will ever get points for a parking offense, with the excemption of parking on a zig zag line with carries 3 points plus fine
