you just reminded me, those bloody bumpy roads manged to undo one of the rear shock bottom mount nuts, and made the bush fall out also, all the way home it was knocking like a knocking thing on national knock day...

And Fruitcake: Your Mini does not have to be perfect at all, pretty much anyone can be on the stand! My Mini is rusty and has a poor paint job but it was there last year Mind you, most of the problem areas were covered in mud so it didn't matter too much

im well looking forward to it, i also wish i didnt wash and polish it before the show, was such a waste..looked good tho, i was told to go fast aswell so i did until my car was sliding all ova the shop and almost crashed into a pole

Were you at last years MITP? Most people reffered to it as MITS (Mini in the Swamp).

A bit of wet and mud is one thing, but when you start to get worried that you might not get your Mini out of a field you know it's bad!
