Its filmed in Port Isaac......Phoebe was in the 1st series twice (before she had her make over) and in the last series they used Miko our rusted out red mini and half of our white pick up!

There's a Mk2 Cooper, (Island Blue), featured quite a lot in 'The Living Dead At The Manchester Morgue'

What? Bad zombie movie? This 1974 movie is an absolute gem and the heroes knock about in that MKII Mini 1000 which isn't a Cooper, even though its got a white roof, it's just a 1000 as the badges and lack of a covered top dash rail prove.
It's still pretty gory and you have to excuse the dubbed voices as it's essentially a Spanish made movie that was made in the UK.

there was a series in the 80's called Driving Ambition about a woman that has her mini made into a racing car.
would love to find a copy of it
