The problem now is that marriage is taken too lightly and divorce is too easily available.

s'just how society has developed I guess.. we did all about this in sociology. Divorce rates and stuff. They soared after the 60's (I think it was then) when it became a lot easier, legally, to get a divorce. And something like 2 out of 3 marriages divorce in the first 5 years!
