Unscrew the core of the valve. You can get a proper tool, but thin pointed pliers will do....look down the valve past the bit you press and you will see a bar across the way. Get the points of the pliers either side and unscrew this.

As for breaking the bead, jumping on it will never work. Tyre changing machines use pneumatic rams and it takes a fair bit of force. The "bush breakdown" method is to lie the wheel down flat and drive a car over the tyre to pop it off. Tricky on a small mini wheel though, especially if its a low profile tyre.

IMO, either do it properly - take the wheels to a tyre fitter and have the tyres removed fully, or dont bother and mask the tyre. Fairly liquid can be a bit thin, but grease works a treat.

So not to waste the post space:

PVA 'mould blue' paint on release agent for fibreglass moulding might make good masking.
Also, test drive your chosen tactics on the inner rim first.
