hope all will get sorted soon, a lot of minis seem to get rear ended, high level brake light it is! lol

At least your ok, and it doesn't sound liek there is much damage this time. I hope the womans word is good, by the sounds of it she will see you ok. She probably feels really guilty especially if she offered you money there and then either that or she doesn't have insurance, but to be honest the chances of a 55 year old un insured lady is slim.

Sadly its just sods law, these things happen just to try us, think if it as an experience.

My dad said that was ok, he was just making sure you were alright he felt really sorry because of everything which happened before and you know he's a mini lover aswell lol.

Sorry to hear about this yet again Raz, hope all gets sorted soon, i was a little bit worried this afternoon coming home from work when a 4x4 nearly ran into the back end of me i started tapping my brakes to make sure they seen i was slowing down they literally stopped inches away from my back bumper.....to say i was sweating was an understatement XD
