I tell you what, I bought a high level brake light off Ebay after reading a comment about them on here and I have definately notice the difference when driving round in Murphy. I used to get loads of people panic braking at the last minute and Id be cringing waiting for the crunch but I dont get that half as much now. You def gotta get that baby on!

Glad you are OK sis. Will prob see you (and of course Monty) on Sunday if you are about.

Thanks for the replies guys, Ill get some pics up tomorrow. My little sister told me she couldnt even see the damage( she was prob looking at my mums saab or something ), so thats reassuring. It is there, but not much, just a lil crinkled. It'll be finnne!

I was on the way to Alicia Keys and the woman rang me, she said she felt SO guilty and just wanted to reassure me that its all going to be ok and she isnt about to run off like the last dude did! She let me know that she is going on hols soon and not to worry if I cant get hold of her straigh away.

Anyway, Im not too worried now, Ive calmed down, had a brilliant night, and Ill give monty lots of attention tomorrow!

I have a high level brake light, £16. 28 L.E.D's or something. Motor World Jobbie, well worth it.

I use mine as a warning to people up my arse! Tap the brake pedal and flash it and stare in your mirror, they soon get the idea!

I always have people doing that to me, and now it makes me really nervous!

that's quite impresive - how'd she manage to push the panel back 'n split the light unit without breaking the lens???

There's a guy that does body repairs out the back of a van up here, that looks an ideal job for a mobile repairerer. Needs a little bit of paint to keep the rust at bay. Looks like there's light rust behind the bumper so you might get that fettled at the same time for little or no extra cost.
