Louise and I broke up just after New Year, after a year-and-half together... we house-share together, along with 2 more. Wasn't a bad break up - mutual-ish, and were still getting on well as friends.
Suspected something was going on a few weeks ago when I found a few obscurities when I opened up my computer, but whilst at work today my best mate Ant woke up and heard her calling for other housemate (Cynth') to 'come look at this' - turned out she was on Facebook looking through 'anyone female' who'd recently been added.
Obviously Ant then heard Cynth just say 'Err... yeah? So?' ......
Asked her outright yesterday - is there anything she wants to tell me? No.
Were you on my computer? '....oh... yeah was seeing if the internet was working...' - the modem and router are in my room, but wait for lappy to boot up and then see?!?! - her bedroom's down the hall!
Asked her if she had been nosing about on my computer, facebook included ... eventually started the crying routine and 'fessed up - said she was looking at the profile of some girl I'd mentioned in passing.
SO?! It's so petty, but the way she lied about it too. I'm single, and not like it's a week since we broke up. Why does she even need/want to know who I'm talking to, about what etc?
I didn't have a go ... I know her well enough that her own guilt is suficient, but it's just totally changed my opinion of her, and narked me right off.
Are all girls like this????????????????????????????????
