Good evening to you all!!
Did ya buy it?
Did ya
Did ya
I asked the geezer if the cracks on the front end were purely cosmetic or structural and its all gone quite.
phoned for a couple of quotes and bearing in mind the engine is shot, at 900 quid and possible specialist repairs its maybe more cost effective to go for a new shell at 2K, strap on all new parts, SVA test and get a brand new reg ?
If I bought that one I'd bone it and build it up with new parts anyway and i'd be stuck with Q plate.

classed as a kit car - just got to keep all the receipts and do a half decent photo journal, and I'm sure John's scrutineering of all work will get it through SVA no worries.
fella with z car managed it so no reason why not with pro-mo conversion. They're officially recognised as a 'new' major body component by performance direct insurance now, so no reason for SVA to think any different ?
all I've been warned about is regestering a new 'mini' it'd have to be a 'minus' or BMW might get their knickers in a twist. - yeah, like I'm gonna bring down a historic automotive empire with one car
