Im not so sure that the picture will change (waits to be proven wrong) but in order for it to change surly you would need a flash page to be loaded each and everytime?
EDIT: - Proven wrong, just re read the post.
i refreshed the link a few times, and the time changed - is it just a static grab of a screen ?

what you planning to do, set this up at the place previously stated...then?
yeah - its something we discussed some time ago and I promised i would look into it. there are certain security issues that need adressing but its looking very promising.
I have other clients that want live webcam feeds from their exhibition stands during events also.

Looks as though it is Flash based, but it take's a still jpeg everytime the page is loadedYou could also just give a link to the cams, HERE or just add a REFRESH link like this.
so its flash / swf based ? would you need to script and host a flash based page somewhere on the interweb and then link to it?
nice title they put into the page !
