Just ignore the site, that's the webcam server that has a flash applet to refresh JPG images. It's just for a smooth transition between frames.
Why would you link to the image when you can show it in the thread? People are lazy, the less you make them click the better!

hit the nail on the head - people can be very lazy, and just because to put a link in doesn't mean they'll hit it. Thats why I wanted to find a way to embed it so they can see whats happening straight away - this could then be linked via click if they want a streaming feed perhaps

They just keep needing to press F5 to refresh all the time.

Not really, as Roofless has said, it can be a preview and if someone finds the image interesting they can click a link to a live streamPeople are lazy, the less you make them click the better!
They just keep needing to press F5 to refresh all the time.
