Try burning the music as an "audio disc" instead of a "data disc".
If that doesn't work, then maybe your HU doesn't play copied discs.

Possibly, I wouldn't trust Microsoft to do something right...We use windows media player we have always used that but it could of been updated with the windows updates.
Have you tried other software? I would recommend Nero, but it isn't free. Try something like this and see if it makes a difference? If you need help with it there is a guide here that may help!
