i'm not going to be able to make it to the first meet!
didnt realise until i was told last nite that i off out to birmingham on the 6th to see hadouken,
well i hope you all have a great time ( take plenty of piccys so in years to come we can look back at when it started!) and ill catch ya all at the 2nd meet!

perhaps we should formulate a list of all the people going and what they'll be driving so we have an idea of what to expect.

or alternatively just turn up and see what's what on the day

don't know how long I can stay for, bit strap for cash and have revision to do (lack of cash and education go hand in hand really )

Tell ya what as its the first meet I will stand a couple of bowls of chips!!!

I'm not sure of the list idea, I was planning on dropping everyone a reminder PM on monday.

What does everyone else think?

I wouldnt have thought the list will do much good, we'll know numbers by 8/ 8.30 pm on the night (If we leave 30mins before ordering chips im sure that'll be most of the attendance by then). Might be an idea if we took names and numbers/ e-mail addresses at the meet though as it may come in useful so we can keep people in the loop about current news, up-coming events etc or just as a general point of contact. Just an idea.

As an estimate I'd reckon there will be a minimum of 10 peeps which for a first meet isn't bad. Got some places to call in at still (where ive seen minis parked up) to drag em down to the pub if i can.

Just for photo opp if you see a mini on the car park then park up next to it....the more together we get the better the photo and it will be a good one to have.

With regards to what i'll be driving though, firstly i doubt it'll be me driving unless i drag a mate to co-pilot (damn not having my license!!!!), 2ndly my mini will be the shame of the club ( Allsorts wrong with it but as i said before, its road worthy which is the main thing for me atm. Once funds allow i'll work on getting it in better shape. Pic shows it in better condition that what he is now......

list idea could be good, just your name and the car your turning up in then just meet in the car park? i dont want to be walking around the pub looking for people who might drive a mini

Looking foward to the meet and at least your minis on the road i have just been informed that the guy who is spraying my car is on holiday this weekend so looks like im not getting it back for another week! I just want it back!!
