No no wait lol im going to take my time with it 1 - 2 years so then in 1 or 2 years time my insurance would of gone down but if i cant i will sell it lol

Post some photographs of the welding up! I have looked at some of your work and cringed and yet you have seemed to turn it around. If this welding has made you decide that the shell is scrap then it must be really bad, were you there to 'supervise' him?
