Pterodactyl - does that earn any browny points?
The Shugster seemed to be almost encouraging people to get creative with their CV's. Odd that Lee didn't realise he'd been caught out sooner since it's supposed to be his line of business. I guess they all wrote their CV's way back when they applied, so good luck to him - knowing you're likely to be one of thousands, guilding the Lilly is justified to get your foot in the door. I bet they were aware of his porky when they selected him to be one of the 16, they're hardly going to risk putting an illegal immigrant or convicted murderer in the programme by accident.
He could have scored a major goal by owning up to it before he got caught when he got as far as he did.
I wouldn't have offered Alex the job - I think he's too self serving in his ambition. I could easily imagine him doing a Nick Leeson or selling out to one of your competitors.
It must all be stage managed to fair degree, if Big Al really did fire the Ginner 'n Irish missy on a whim they'd have been an episode short.
