is there any other quicker/easy way to contacting Morspeed? i've been trying to call them for about a week now to order a PH3 cam, but it just rings off to the answering machine. I havent tried to email them because i want to place an order, would this be the better way though?

any ideas?

thanks

Sorry to hear that but as wolfy says we are absolubtly crammed at the moment and therefore find it difficult to juggle building engines and answering the phone, as it is now just the two of us. The best thing to do is leave a message or send an e-mail to [email protected].

Apologys.

HI,

I too am finding it impossible to contact simon. Unfortunately I'm in Bahrain in the Middle East and cant make it to the workshop.
Its been over two years since I ordered my parts. Recieved half of them and have been waiting and waiting with all sorts of promises.

I paid upfront and am owed Pistons, Rods + ARP Bolts, Exhaust Manifold and a Head Gasket for the 16v conversions.
Either I get my parts or my money back please.

Could you please ask simon to stop messing about and contact me. He has my details.

I think if any business has kept me waiting for part for two years I'd be pursuing court action now.

With me being half way around the world I dont know how I should persue it.
I was told my parts were sent Nov/Dec 07.. Lost in post.. Like all the other stories I read.

I'll have to see if I can get a mate of mine to go over and visit.

If anybody sees him please send him the message.

Cheers

Morspeed were very good with my engine, did all the work on my 1380 and even ran it up for me to make sure it was all ok.

I waited 2 weeks... i think thats good.

Very pleased with the quality and will be going back in the near future for my race engine

(P.S good post for Morspeed!)

I understand when it take time to build up an engine..
I have no complaints about the quality of the work... Just service is the worst I have ever seen.
Putting some parts in a box and sending them out is not the most difficult or time consuming job in the world.

Either he has the parts... and sends them... hell I'll get a freight company to go and pick them up.. Like I had to do with the last lot of parts (over a year ago!)
Or he refunds me because he cant supply.

Not rocket science..
