Does that CF sticker make it lighter and faster?

I have a similar car which so far stands me at about £500. It's a Losi Mini-T. Mine's had pretty much everything changed, so much so in fact that my nephew currently runs the original car that I bought before I changed it, all he needed to get it running was a new set of screws and wheels. Mine runs complete carbon chassis plates, aluminium arms, kick plates and fixings. It has uprated motor, servo, speed control and mini reciever. It's a beast, completely undrivable cause it just spins the back wheels and donuts on anything other than very grippy surfaces. I also bought a rather funky beetle shell for it which I tried to paint in metallic blue and made a right mess of.
I would get a piccie but it's in the attic at the minute. I'll get some pics of my others tonight, if I remember.

lol, the CF adds 250mph to the top speed, i thought everyone knew that?
That bottom car i spent about £300 on, mainly on the motor and batteries (very expensive) but subsequently sold it as i was desperate for money for a certain mini
i'd hate to think how much ive spent on RC over the last 3-4 years, thats not all my collection either, there's lots of other stuff i don't have pictures of
2 HPI savages
2 TL01 Drifters
Losi mini T
Hobao Hyper 7
Hobao Dominator
HPI RS4
Tamiya TT01
I seriously can't bare to think how much money has been sunk into the hobbie

All i did with the tires, was buy some PVC pipe, i think it was 2" or so, which is just slightly too small to fit over 10th scale wheels
then you dunk the PVC pipe offcuts in hot water until they've expanded enough to fit over the wheels, then as they cool they contract and grip firmly on the wheel
