few pics from today. took the box up with me as ill be mating those two halves up soon. few of pistons in and cam and pump. enjoy. drilled and tapped the block to gearbox holes to mate to support gearbox done gearbox clearence mate too.

haha. Blew the gearbox up two weeks ago mate, i have some pics:

Gear teeth ripped off, others are all fine, or look ok, the double roller bearing and the other bearing on the main shaft are both shot, which i think led to the gear teeth being eaten.

But good news is that im getting a new box, and i'll be getting a new block too, prob try and get my head skimmed up aswell. should be niiiiiiiiice.

Nah not a good thing lol, but like you say, flip it over and i get to build a new engine, and clean up my engine bay, some thing that is long over due, but never really wanted to tackle with the engine in really.

Hopefully going to be a 1380 too

Haha yer ok man, was going to post up pictures of how the charger was modified, but when I picked it up the inlet and carb pipe were already on it with the gaskets so didn't really want to take it apart lol.

haha fair enuff then. just need to weld together my first inlet and then once the engines built i csn put a long straight onto the crank pulley to line up the charger pulley so i know where to weld the baseplate to the pipes.. its all fun and games.lol
