I was aware of the copyright issue, as has been mentioned, it would be impossible to make it 100% the same, plus I'm only doing one and not really telling anyone. Oh apart from the whole of the internet. Dammit

Using a cloth tape measure and by eye!

80 odd times? Perfectly straight and parallel? Good luck! Should be good if you can get it right, it'll be a good advert for you too assuming you don't find there are copyright issues.
I like Paul Smith stuff but personally I prefer the wallets with the WW2 style pin-up girls inside to the Mini one!

Yeah well once the first one is done, it'll be easy enough from there on. Will be tricky sorting out widths so I end up with the same number down the car in the same places!
The pin-up girl wallets are brilliant! I agree they are slightly cooler.
