Hi, not wanting to throw spanner into the work Ben, but, going by the pic it looks like a 1 piece cover. Hence my idea about the plastic covers. Now if you are doing them as a 2 piece then you will need to find a way to secure them in place so the top one does not slide down as your traveling!
