Discs excessively scored
Off side front brake binding
Front brake application uneven

Indicators not working

If they intermittantly work then suspect a poor connection somewhere - clean everyhting up properly - bare metal contacts and nothing less.

Head lights aiming to high

Unfortunate really - usually something that the tester will sort there and then - since you have two minis - why not shine the working ones lights at a wall and mark out where they are - then shine your minis at the wall and adjust them to match.

Brake lights not working

The switch is probably needing a small amount of adjustment - I assume you know where it is but if not - it's attached to the pedal box behind the pedal - you can adjust them easily. clean connections here too.

Discs excessively scored

Nothing you can do about that apart from getting the disc skimmed or getting some new discs/2nd hand ones cheap

Off side front brake binding

Usually a slightly seized caliper but it's be worth checking you've got copper grease on the edges of the caliper to allow the pads to move...

Front brake application uneven

I'd expect this to be sorted out once the disc and pads are sorted.

Brake hose twisted

Take the caliper off and untwist it with the cable attached.

Front teardrops need replacing

Obvious what to do here.

Not really weird at all, if it's a loose connection causing the problem (which is probably is) then the problem could come and go everytime you move the car.
