Yeah the nozzel keep`s welding up £55 pound a year the bloody cheap might have to take the old nozzel off and have a look

I now no what im going to do to the HORNET now im going to HOT ROD it up (OOOOOOOO YEEEEEAHHHHH!!!!!)

Well ive gone out and brought myself a knew mig welder

A year back my dad has just tacked the floor in places well today ive seem welded the floor in places. weld was a bit ruff but its pass ables. I will get better at it soon enough

Ive also orderd a new boot floor extsion peace with brakets

You can really see how big the boot floor are in the HORNET/ELF with that Mini bootfloor repair panel

Well im going to do all the wleding on it first still need to finshish the floor then ill tip it over on hers side and weld all underneath

Might just leve it as it now keep it all ratty then ill goth her up

Would be nice to have a ratty hornet rolling about. Would have some nice character to it. The mini floor repair panels going to work well enough, or are you going to have to make some custom panels still?

Hey - looking good!

What are you doing with your front brakes? Splashing out on 7.5" disks, using 8.4" with 12" wheels, or staying on drums?

Also what have you got in the way of interior? Mine had the remains of 40 years of abuse in it, all being replaced, and got to be smart and have some water resistance, with being a soft-top.

So much to do!
