i need to find out how much the aluminium will be, that will be the main deciding factor about price.

Could you do it with a small indentation so I can put a disc of carbon fibre on it?

its not a clear pic but this is the other design i cud make, i know its in a volvo :nugget: but it'll still have the thread for the mini.

just spoke to an engineering company that my dad know's and he has a supplier that deals with aluminium, and i can get 4m of aluminium bar for around £60, so all i gotta do is sort out some workshop time at college then i can sort out some definate details.
prelim price is around £10

gotta tlk to my tutor tomorrow about doing them, and i'll order the material.

just spoke to my workshop tutor and he say's it's all fine, so all i've got to do is order the aluminium and then i'll start work.
